Fallout: New Vegas, oh! I remember the first time I played it. A fantastic open world where I could do whatever I wanted. But when it was time for Halloween, I thought the game could use a new twist. And then I heard about the “Halloween Special – Wasteland Psychos and Serial Killers” mod. Seriously, the idea was so exciting! A great way to add fear and chills to the game world. Pumpkins and masks? Yes, of course.
Mod creator Piro shared it on Nexus Mods, and I downloaded it right away. Now, a new element has been added to the game world. There are three different pumpkin masks and a hockey mask that reminds me of Jason Voorhees. When I put it on, I really felt like I had become a slasher. Ready to destroy everything! Grim Reaper’s Scythe and Pumpkin Grenade? These things are real. Every time I used those grenades, I couldn’t stop laughing.
Fallout: Exciting Encounters and New Weapons
Can you imagine? Terrorizing the local NPCs! Ever thought that would happen in New Vegas? With this mod, it became possible. Just throw a grenade, and everything changes instantly. Everyone runs around. I needed more time to enjoy it.
Now, it’s not just masks and grenades. Random Encounters! When I roamed the desert, sometimes I would suddenly encounter slayers. These villains, who had their own unique methods, made the game more exciting. I felt a chill wave every time I saw them. When they attacked, my reactions were faster. My weapons were ready.
Surprisingly, the mod also had two new weapons. The Grim Reaper with Skull Remover and Molten Metal. It was fun to see how I faced my enemies. At one point, I thought I would lose, but then I used the skull remover at the right time. Because what real killer can be without a good weapon?
Another interesting thing was that new Halloween-inspired outfits were added. Each outfit put me in a different mood. When I wore black clothes, it felt like I had become the epitome of darkness. No doubt, it made my roleplaying fun every time.
A few of my friends also downloaded this mod. We started playing together. In every single fight, we had to try to scare everyone. We would throw pumpkin grenades at each other, and then laugh. It was another way to escape reality. One night we all had a tour where we all tried to scare each other.

As we progressed, we got more and more encounters. Sometimes, I would make myself think, “Are these real?” It was like I was in a movie. There was always a sense of fear as I ran around the Wasteland. With creepy faces and shocking masks, I felt like someone was behind me.
Fallout: New Vegas had an atmosphere that I was really happy with. The game was already amazing, but this mod gave it a new identity. I don’t know if I felt left out, but I definitely let my creativity fly freely.
Overall, Fallout: New Vegas gave me a chance to get lost in a new world. This new Halloween twist definitely made it more fun. Every time I stepped into the game world, I got new experiences. Fear, laughter, and excitement, all together made my gaming journey memorable. And yes, it was all with pumpkins and masks. Can anything be better than that?
