After the success of 2021’s “Godzilla vs Kong,” the creators of Monsterverse are preparing to release “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire,” the exciting sequel to the series. In the latest teaser trailer that was released. We get a new look at the war between “Kong” and “Skar King” directed by Adam Wingard, the director of the previous Godzilla vs Kong installment.
In this teaser trailer, we see “Kong” in suspense. Living with the wounds he received from fighting the “Skar King”, a terrifying enemy that resembles a legendary monkey. And we also get to see “Kong” use his mechanical arm in battle.

According to a post on its Twitter account, “Godzilla x Kong” tells the story of a heated battle between “Kong” and “Skar King” that features professional use of mechanical arms. This is the most awaited scene in “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” which will be released soon!
Godzilla x Kong – is Skar King the Monsterverse’s most powerful Titan?
After the Monsterverse franchise, we’ve seen many bigger titans and monsters. This is mostly the work of Godzilla or Kong, who had to fight multiple MUTO monsters, and Ghidorah in the first two films. Not really a Titan, though. But Mechagodzilla appears in the final episode of Godzilla vs Kong and is defeated by the combined power of the two titan heroes.
Godzilla vs Kong is currently available to stream on Max, but Skar King is being built up to be the most powerful Titan in the Monsterverse. Just like Mechagodzilla, it doesn’t seem like Skar King will rival Godzilla or Kong. There seems to be a problem. And they have to work together again, but Skar King serves as the antagonist for the entire movie. and talks about the real challenges he will face.

Until now, it’s unclear if Skar King will have any powers beyond pure strength. The film’s trailer has shown us the use of weapons such as a flail called Whiplash, which was created from the spine of a dead Titan. But he doesn’t seem to have the power to use energy like Godzilla’s atomic breath. While the mystery of Skar King in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire remains, he will be a major threat to both titular monsters and the world at large.
